Mix & Match - Basket Sampler Block

This Basket Sampler Block was hand pieced, made from vintage fabrics that I purchased in early 2000.    It is not as easy as it looks. The designing part is so much fun!  I created the block pattern templates and somehow I cut the square piece template 1/4 inch too big.  I had to correct the square pieces and redo the rows. 

I loved playing with the colors and piecing it!  Such a pretty block!
