My sister Mid and I continue to work on the machine pieced Mix and Match Quilt, and we are nearing the end of making blocks. I am using up vintage fabric and design choices are getting tougher although from time to time, I supplement the block with a new Fat Quarter if needed. It is not easy designing blocks and cutting the pieces from scraps. My vintage fabrics are running low which is a good thing. Mid has made a few trips to the store for extra fabric as well. One could think of this as a Mystery Quilt since we do not have a set plan for the finished quilt. We are enjoying making different sampler blocks!
