Double Axe (Apple Core) Tutorial

I just added a tutorial for piecing and Four Patch construction. This quilt is difficult and time consuming.

    This Double Axe Quilt Tutorial was added. So much work! I hope it helps someone. I actually like doing the curves!

      Piecing the Double Axes is different between fabrics. The weave is no the same in all fabrics so some are easier to sew than others. Some also press better than others. Thank you for your tutorial.

    Yes, this is true. It has been helpful that we have sewing experience because curves can be daunting to stitch. I tend to tire of designs that consist of only rectangles and/or squares, and I enjoy the challenges of sewing curved pieces. That is not for everyone.
    Hopefully, the tutorial will be helpful. Sometimes you must just go with what works for you when sewing, piecing, pressing, and applying quilting technique.
    No judgement in quilting is my philosophy!
