Carl's Red White and Blue Quilt!
I am making a quilt for my nephew Carl using Red White and
Blue fabrics that I have already. I have added a couple of Fat Quarter fabrics,
but my goal is to use fabrics that I have in my stash.
It is a Sampler Quilt
which will be a Queen size when completed. So far, I have completed eleven
squares and know that it will be a traditional sampler layout comprised of
about 25 Mix and Match blocks. I am not using a pattern, just winging it!
Hopefully, I can finish this one by early Spring! I am
amazed at how good it looks, using random pieces of fabric. So far, we love it!
